In these conditions of sale “the website” means

These conditions will apply to all orders received and accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing by the website. The giving of an order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these terms.

  • The ownership of the goods passes to the customer upon payment of the goods in full.
  • Claims in respect of goods damaged in transit or shortages must be notified to the website with 7 days of the date of order.
  • Non-delivery of goods claims must be received by the website within 14 days of the date of order.
  • Product specifications and pricing are subject to change. Product images are intended as guides only.
  • The contract shall be constructed in accordance with, and governed by, English law.


You must be 18 years of age and have your own credit or debit card in your name to make a purchase. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are confirming that you are over 18. Purchases made by persons under the age of 18 are not permitted.  Our products are not to be used by pregnant women. Please do not start to use our products unless you already smoke.

Nicotine and the supply of a regulated substance

Governed by the UK tpd regulations we can only supply nicotine in sealed bottles containing a maximum of 10ml e-liquid at a maximum strength of 20mg. All shortfill bottles are supplied at 0mg and will require nicotine shots to be added to your desired strength

Delivery schedule

All orders placed before 2:00pm will be dispatched the day we received you order, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. Orders should take no more than 3 working days to arrive (standard delivery UK).

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been dispatched. Recorded delivery customers will also receive an email detailing reference or tracking numbers.

We take great care to ensure that we maintain our stock levels, but in the unlikely event that we are out of stock we will contact you within 1 working day.

Credit card security  uses WorldPay to process payments, we are fully GDPR compliant, they use the state of the art security tools and techniques to ensure that you are protected from any security risks. We accept Visa, Mastreo, and JCB. No card details are stored on our website, all transactions are securely processed by WorldPay. 

Product warranty

The website offers a 28 day manufactures warranty claimable on inspection of the returned goods notified within that period, manufactures of products sold by is may offer an extended warranty based on the registration of these products on their website (please check all contents within the original packaging on opening)

Money-back guarantee

We take great care to provide quality smoking alternatives, but if you wish to return or exchange an item please notify us within 10 days from the purchase date  and our customer services department (contacted here)will provide you with a ‘returns form’ that you need to fill out and include with the item you’re returning.

A refund will only be issued on the return of the item unopened and in original packaging. P&P and returns postage costs are non-refundable.

All batteries have a 21-day guarantee and faulty items will only be replaced up to 21 days after purchase.

D,O,A Warranty. stands for dead on arrival. If you have a product that carries such a warranty, you have 48 hours to inspect the goods and contact us should there be any problems. If you do not contact us during this time and come across a D.O.A item the warranty will be invalid.

Return of e-liquid

Due to its nature e-liquid cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons, even when unopened. So we advise you only buy large quantities of flavours you have already been familiar with.

Due to their nature drip tips opened coils and pods cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
